COMMUNITIES

The structures actively working in 11 provinces of Turkey to ensure the impact and sustainability of fieldworks are called "communities".

SosyalBen Communities offer opportunities to carry our projects to localities and enable more children to explore and develop their abilities through different fieldworks simultaneously carried out in many regions. Our communities carry out fieldworks to help more children discover and develop their abilities both in their local provinces and outside, organizing 36-hour workshops on different themes. Our communities, which open stands with the SosyalBen Store Products to generate budget at local level, raise their own sources of funding by carrying out various projects. Our communities accept volunteers twice a year in the fall and spring semester. They then provide new volunteers with Basic Volunteer Training.

SosyalBen Foundation Communities are opened within the framework of the SosyalBen Foundation’s annual strategic plans and activities. If a new community is planned for that year according to strategic plans and activities, a call for volunteers is announced to volunteer candidates on social media accounts the fall or spring semester.

SosyalBen Foundations aims to help children 7-13 age group living in disadvantaged areas discover and develop their abilities with its activities. In this context, furthermore, our communities active in different regions of Turkey aim to offer the SosyalBen Children guidance by organizing meetings with the right role models through efforts of Community Volunteers and to render our activities sustainable.

It is opened according to the calendar set within the framework of SosyalBen Foundation's strategic plans and works. SosyalBen Communities are currently located in 7 regions and 11 provinces of Turkey.
