As Community Volunteer
Online Application
The first thing university students aged 18-25 studying in Antalya, Bursa, Çanakkale, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Gaziantep, Istanbul, Izmir, Karabük, Mersin, Samsun is to fill out the online application form at our social media addresses on the specified application dates.

Interview Schedule
The interview date and time is set based on the online application form or by phone call with the candidate.

Volunteer Candidate Interview
Candidate Volunteer Interviews are conducted on the selected day and time, according to the format SosyalBen Foundation will decide. Every volunteer candidate is requested to bring Criminal Record and Student Certificate to the interview. Interviews are conducted by the SosyalBen team, who are trained in interview techniques. The candidate is informed about the interview result through the email address indicated in her/his online application form.

Basic Volunteer Training
Candidates who successfully pass the interview are invited to basic volunteering training. SosyalBen Foundation's horizons, objectives, principles, and field processes; work and communication methods; and field management by community volunteers are discussed in the basic volunteering training. It mainly covers the Foundation's promotion and activities. Attendance is compulsory for the Basic Volunteer Training

Being A SosyalBen Volunteer
After Basic Volunteering Training, the selected candidates act as community volunteers to add value to society.

E-volunteer Candidate Interviews
Applicants are interviewed to decide those who will attend the mandatory Online Training to join the SosyalBen e-Volunteer Family. These interviews are conducted by the SosyalBen team, who are trained in interview techniques. The candidate is informed about the interview result through the email address indicated in her/his online application form.

Orientation
Candidates who successfully pass the interview are invited to basic volunteering training. Covering the overview and activities of the Foundation, the training aims to train the participant in SosyalBen Foundation's horizon, principles, methods of e-volunteer works, communication, and field management. Attendance to Orientation is mandatory.

Being A SosyalBen E-Volunteer
After Basic Volunteering Training, the selected candidates act as community volunteers to add value to society.
